Nurturing a state of dance – workshop led by Agnès Benoit
What makes us move? What does inspire our dance? Letting oneself being moved by a dance as it is taking shape in our body. Enjoying a dance still invisible. Listening to a dance eyes closed. Observing a dance far away or nearby and inviting oneself in.
During a whole week we will dance… alone, with others, for oneself, for the others, for a flower, a worm, a butterfly, a rock… We will let ourselves be guided by micro movements and we will welcome challenging and thrilling dances.
Yes, you have understood, we will dance a lot… Open to all.
Caufepé, aka La Ferme is a place where I grew up, where I learned from Jean and Jacques. And it is with great pleasure that I said “yes” to this lovely invitation.
I will teach a 3 hour workshop, each afternoon (in French).
Let’s go for it, let’s dance together !
