Silvia Soter & Marie-Pierre Chopin in dialogue about dance education

With Silvia Soter, professor and researcher in dance and education at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, collaborator of Lia Rodrigues, and Marie-Pierre Chopin, professor and researcher in education at the university of Bordeaux.

Silvia Soter found out about Marie-Pierre Chopin’s research on dance pedagogues*, by buying her book at Books on the Move. She had herself collaborated on the publication dedicated to the work of choreographer Lia Rodrigues **.  Books on the Move saw the opportunity to invite them to dialogue around their respective publications, dance education in France and in Brazil, and their work as researchers.
