Encounter #26 Between the lines and suspended

December 5 – 7 pm
Encounter with Chloé Moglia

«What do walking, weaving, observing, singing, storytelling, drawing and writing have in common? » asks Tim Ingold in Lines. A Brief History.
What does reading have in common with following a line while walking under it, suspended at arm’s length, hand after hand? echoes Chloé Moglia, performer and director of Rhizome. She, too, travels through the lines, as a reader and in suspense, noting that «writing-reading and saying-writing have something to do with both suspension and suspense. Don’t we say we’re hanging on someone’s every word?».
Books on the Move invites you to hang on Chloé Moglia’s words, during this encounter which will take as its anchoring and springboard her magazine Les Feuilles.

Before this event, Chloé Moglia will perform her solo O at Manufacture CDCN, on December 3 & 4.
